Spring Break

Last September our trusty 10 year old desktop computer died.  It had all my pictures on it, so naturally I could not blog for 6 months.  I did retrieve the pictures but catching up is not in the cards.  So we're starting fresh with this week's Spring Break activities!  We began with a trip to the new Perot Science Museum.  The girls loved the dinosaur puzzles, crafts and bug exhibits.

Monday, the girls and I went to the Lego store for some new sets and stopped by Krispy Kreme doughnuts to redeem some coupons, and added some stops to CVS and Kroger.  Charlotte declared it the best day ever.  That night was a Bachelor finale party with girlfriends.  I had wanted to make this Nothing Bundt Cakes white chocolate raspberry cake I saw on pinterest, so I did.  And it was delicious!
Tuesday we met our friend Anna at the Dallas Arboretum.  It was so crowded, we had to take a shuttle over.  I guess that was lucky, because it was the girls' favorite part!

Wednesday we went to Little Elm Lake Park with Christianne and her kids.  It was freezing because of the wind and we were the only crazy ones there in our bathing suits, thinking it was summer.  Some other people wandered by in sweatshirts and jeans.  They loved it though!  You just never know what these silly girls will love doing.  We have had a lot of fun with Charlotte being home this week, and Olivia can't get enough of playing with her.

Your girls crack me up. They are too cute. Loving the shuttle ride and wearing a swimsuit in freezing weather. At least they make the most out of stuff!!
Had fun with ya'll Tuesday.
